1樓綜合館總樓面面積共1,163 平方公尺，場內設有4 個羽毛球場，可作羽毛球／排球／籃球等訓練，並設有210 個觀眾座位，可供舉辦大型活動。

Yuen Long District Sports Association Limited has been granted funding from the Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation (Main Fund) for 2019-20 to support the “Installation of electric operated basketball unit at Yuen Long District Sports Association Jockey Club Complex (1/F)” under special project.
